Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe: Items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Eligible Items: Only regular-priced silver jewellery items are eligible for exchange. Custom-made, engraved, or sale items are not eligible unless defective.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Exchange Process
Initiate a Request: Contact our customer service team at hamsajaipur25@gmail.com or +91 9929934825 within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Return the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Inspection: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Exchange Fulfillment: Once approved, you may choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. A credit note may be issued if a suitable replacement is not available.
Non-Eligible Items
Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g., resizing, polishing, or cleaning by a third party).
Custom-designed or personalized items.
Items purchased during promotional sales or with discounts, unless defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and replace the item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Additional Notes
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Credit Notes: If a replacement is not available, a credit note will be issued for future purchases (no limited valid period).
