At Hamsa Jaipur, every piece of jewellery is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
Orders are processed within 8-10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on selected pin codes with an additional fee of ₹100.

You can track your parcel directly through our courier partner’s website or the link provided in your message.
Packaging
All jewellery is securely packed in Hamsa Jaipur’s signature boxes, ensuring your silver treasures reach you safely and beautifully presented — perfect for gifting or personal use.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product at hamsajaipur25@gmail.com.
We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
Please note: Hamsa Jaipur is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after courier delivery confirmation.
